Quantum Highway

Nothing like going East and West at the same time.

I’ve driven through some windy roads in my time. But I’ve never been able to go forwards and backwards at the same time.

Fortunately I’ve now been able to drive through California. And Lo! Here is a stretch of highway where I can got East and West at the same time, on the same road. I’m not sure how this works.

Questions arise:

• Does this mean that as I drive I’m not actually moving? My speedometer and odometer tell me I’m moving…
• Does it mean I’m going in some other direction?

I’m not sure but I’m glad I’ve got GPS. Because otherwise I’d be going nowhere.
