Get Started With MarbleCards 1vs1 Card Game

Games are played in the #1vs1 channel in MarbleCards Discord. Please join if you want to play.

Preparations

Each player selects 10 cards to have in their deck before start. We recommend keeping it in a spreadsheet or similar, easiest is to make a copy of this template.

Here you then add all relevant stats for your deck, such as Level, if its Gold and the card Collection ID. All of those will be used in game. Try to create a varied deck with many different collections. Also try to add a good mix between Golds, Low Collection IDs, High Levels and a wide range of card IDs, especially low and high ones.

The simplest way to add the stats is to fetch it first using this tool, and then paste it to the spreadsheet.

How to play

Each game consist of four one to one rounds where each player play one card each. Most won rounds at the end wins, if a draw a new round is done until one wins.

What card can be played — How to get points

Before the start of each round, two to three statements/rules are posted. Each player selects the card they want to play that gets them closest to the statement. Each correct statement gives one or two points. Some statements are “highest/lowest/closest to” and then only the player that is closest to the statement gets a point. If a draw it goes to next round. Each card in the deck can only be played one time.
