[ANN] Creation of the Time-Lock Contract

For more transparent and stable token distribution, Time-Lock was announced last time for tokens in the cold wallet that were not included in the 5-year distribution plan.

Today, we have completed the creation of the Time-Lock contract. so we are going to transparently disclose the source code. Check the contract address below.

Due to the delay in review work with CMC and CEX exchanges, the actual Time-Lock of 670 million tokens will proceed with a separate schedule as soon as the review is completed.
