By applying the Immutable zkEVM, an Ethereum Layer-2 solution, to its infrastructure, MARBLEX expects to expand its ecosystem globally. Immutable zkEVM powered by Polygon is specialized for games and NFT using the zero-knowledge rollup, which offers low gas fees and high scalability. MARBLEX plans to focus on the publishing and nurturing of games and digital content by leveraging Immutable’s advanced blockchain technology. Moreover, this partnership will provide gamers worldwide with high-quality games and a brand-new user experience, specifically by onboarding core MARBLEX dApp services and games onto the Immutable zkEVM.
▶ Blockchain game acceleration through the Ecosystem Boost Program
To accelerate the growth and development of the blockchain gaming industry, the new partnership will introduce an Ecosystem Boost Program equivalent of up to $20M USD. Together, the two parties plan to identify and support up-and-coming games that could potentially onboard the MARBLEX ecosystem, and help them make the transition to blockchain integration. Through the Ecosystem Boost Program, MARBLEX aims to uncover hidden gems among Web2 game studios and offer them various support and infrastructure development to promote blockchain gaming and reach out to a broader audience.
