MarcoPolo Protocol Weekly Report #12 (Mar 9th — Mar 15th)
I. Team Update
On March 10th, Sam Jia, MarcoPolo Protocol Community Head, attended an AMA event in MarcoPolo Protocol Vietnamese Telegram group. He answered many marketing questions from the community. The project’s global community has been grown quickly, he said the community will keep growing faster and the main focus for the next stage is business development to cooperate with more influential local media of different regions.

On March 12th, MarcoPolo Protocol launched a new community incentive: Participate in Milione to Share 250,000 MAP Tokens (500 MAP Tokens Per Person~$37), the first 500 participants can win 500 MAP Tokens (~$37) by holding 2,500 MAP in Milione DAPP in MarcoPay. The registration time is March 12th -15th, and the activity time is March 17th -22nd.

On March 10th and 12th, the Korean team hosted two Community Quiz events, more users learned how to use Milione through the events. More than 30 participants won 200 MAP trial fund each.
On March 13th, MarcoPolo Protocol released a new program: MarcoPolo Protocol Partner Program. It aims to recruit partners globally to join and grow with MarcoPolo Protocol team together.

Mainnet Update
- Completed Chain module to implement blockchain initialization, genesis block processing, block verification, and insert chain operations
- Completed Client module: implemented timing block generation based on event-driven and completed the basic block generation process
- Improved PoA module: added block encapsulation, implemented signature verification, and other functions, and improved consensus error processing mode
- Updated Whitepaper, added new ideas on layering and decoupling
- Fixed other bugs
MarcoPay Update
- Developed new check-in feature and new activity
- Developed and released messaging functions
- In-depth development of Instant Exchange Dapp and fixing bugs
- Marcopay 2.0 development: adding more anti-cheating analyzing mechanism and functions; updating display pages and images
- Made detailed the private key signature development plan and the implementation is in progress
- Developing the online wallet: adding more functions

IV. Media Coverage
Turkish well-known blockchain media Uzmancoin released an article titled “SoftBank-invested Blockchain Project Marcopolo Protocol’s Product Marcopay Has Reached More Than 200,000 Users”. The article introduced MarcoPolo Protocol project and MarcoPay. Also, it mentioned how MarcoPay is expanding aggressively in many different countries even in this bear marketing.
