In his most recent role as Group CFO at Al Watania for Industries — a closed joint stock packing manufacturing company with 10 factories within KSA, UAE, and Oman, which has grown to become one of the largest and most respected industrial groups in the region — he led the financial transformation of the organization, optimizing financial strategies to enhance growth and liquidity. Mohamed’s expertise in mergers and acquisitions has been instrumental in identifying opportunities for strategic expansion, and his focus on risk management has ensured the preservation of assets in a dynamic business environment. Additionally, he has overseen compliance initiatives, safeguarding the company’s reputation and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Brian O Halloran, Manufacturing Director & Head of Al Saidi Logistics, Al Saidi Chemical Industries Company

Brian O’Halloran is the Manufacturing Director at Al Saidi Group with responsibility for chemical manufacturing and supply chain management for the group. Over a career spanning more than 30 years, he has worked in manufacturing operations, project management and commercial roles with companies involved in the electronics, food, & pharmaceuticals industries, and for the last 12 years he has been based in the GCC working in the oil and gas sector.

Vibhu Kapoor, Regional Vice President, MEIA, Epicor Software

As regional vice president for the Middle East, Africa, and India, Vibhu’s responsibilities include regional sales management, overseeing business operations, leading teams and bringing in vital growth in key target regions, focused industries whilst also developing direct and indirect sales channels for enterprise solutions. Vibhu brings more than 20 years of comprehensive experience in technology companies with 18 years based out of Dubai and serving the wider region of Middle East, Africa & India. Having joined Epicor in January 2021, his most recent role was RVP for AntWorks, a global AI start-up, where he spent 18 months establishing and growing its presence in MEA region. His previous experience saw him lead sales & partner ecosystem for five years at Infor and has worked for other business application giants including SAP and Microsoft.
