Currently, He is the Group Marketing Manager for the Bayford Group, responsible for all dealer activity for BMW, Volkswagen, and Ford dealerships. He has also worked with major automotive brands such as Holden Special Vehicles, Lexus, and Ford Dealer Groups across Australia and Asia. Dale’s experience spans across all marketing disciplines, with a focus on digital, CRM, and media-based solutions. He also led marketing departments of various sizes and worked on marketing and sponsorship assignments for brands such as DJR Team Penske, Shell, Jim Beam, and V8 Supercars. His digital experience includes auto, sports, and home-building categories, and Dale possesses media and PR skills that he used to push content through social and mainstream media.

Caroline Wee

Carol is currently the VP of Brand and Strategy at Loob Holding. In her role, she oversees marketing and brand for the leading lifestyle tea brand, Tealive. Goal-oriented with a passion for growth hacking and creative solutions, Carol started her career as a Project Manager in Australia, before taking up the role of Regional Marketing Assistant Manager with Grab, the e-hailing platform, followed by the role in Astro, the leading broadcast network in Malaysia and ADA, a leading data and artificial intelligence agency part of the Axiata group. Most recently, she held the role of Head of Marketing at Foodpanda, the food delivery company.

Ritza Trivedi

Ritza is a Marketing professional with 16+ years of experience managing brands, building seamless consumer experiences & narratives, launching new products and working in large and small teams across a matrixed structure both internally as well as in the client organisations. She was also featured amongst the Top 50 Best Digital Marketing Professionals in India in 2015. Appointed Jury Member at Festival of Media APAC Awards 2021 and Panelist at DMWF Asia 2021.
She has ventured into new territories, such as being the brand custodian of India’s largest private sector bank, building digital consumer experiences & narratives and owning the P&L for the digital business for India’s second-largest credit card issuer. She has experience in launching new products and wearing a consultant’s hat as the Client Marketing lead for one of the world’s leading payment technology company and was the Marketing lead & founding team member at a startup, building the brand from scratch, defining the brand identity, planning go-to-market strategy and building a strong Martech stack.
