Saimah joined the company in 2006 as part of the Travel Staff team and came on board full-time as a Program Manager in 2010. She has since gone on to become Senior Program Manager, Operations Manager of our London office, Vice President of Operations, and now EVP of Meeting Operations. Saimah has experience planning meetings in Europe, United States, Africa, Asia, Australia, and South America. Before becoming part of our organization, Saimah worked in marketing — which she taps into to enhance the experiential aspects of meetings.

Patrice Horwath

Vice President of Clinical Operations, NFlection Therapeutics

Ms. Horwath has over 20 years of clinical development and operation experience directing global pharmaceutical, medical device and combination products through all phases of clinical development. Prior to joining NFlection, she held positions in clinical development and operations with Kalika Biosciences, Ralexar Therapeutics, Medtronic Neuromodulation, and 3M Pharmaceuticals. Ms. Horwath holds a bachelor of arts degree in health and human services from Metropolitan State University, and is a clinical research professional with demonstrated accomplishments in global clinical development in pharmaceutical, combination products and medical devices. Her professional work experience covers the therapeutic areas of MRIgFUS, dermatology, cardiology, neuromodulation, immunology, pain management, hematology, oncology, neurology, therapeutic apheresis, respiratory, regenerative medicine and supportive care.

Ryan Mazon

Vice President of Business Development, Array — Moderator.

Ryan Mazon is the Vice President of Business Development at Array, a meeting technology and analytics company. He has more than a decade of event technology experience in a variety of industries with a primary focus in life science education and healthcare. His experience spans everything from speaker trainings to investigator meetings, from technology to meeting design. Ryan has worked with clients all over the world helping them use technology to maximize engagement, improve meeting impact and create remarkable experiences. Ryan served in the military as a Sergeant in the Army and was deployed to Baghdad, Iraq where he received awards and accommodations for service. Ryan holds a Bachelor Degree’ in Criminal Justice from Grantham University, with a focus in Homeland Security.
