Population Health Management: The Look and Feel of Success
Among its other profound effects, the COVID pandemic has accelerated interest among healthcare professionals in both the issue of health equity and the opportunity for population health management. However, questions remain about the efficacy and economic viability of population health management. How do you define “success” in population health management?
