In addition, he led flawless quality launches for several brands: Jeep, Isuzu, Opel, Chevrolet, BMW, VW, Toyota , and FAW. Shady has a Consistent proven record of accomplishment in the implementation of Global Manufacturing Standards with impressive results in implementing model change, significant cost reductions, and quality improvements. As a Red X Master, he coached more than 60 Red X projects resulting in savings of 20 million US $.
