Given the rapid pace of change and level of uncertainty facing businesses today, finance teams need to adapt to shorter cycle times as executives push for weekly or even daily reports and forecasts. Yet, many finance teams are faced with rapidly snowballing data volumes spread across an increasingly fragmented data and application landscape, and they lack the tools necessary to access accurate data to extract business insights.

The result? FP&A struggles to get accurate, timely historic data at a sufficient level of granularity. In this session, we’ll address these challenges head-on on how to eliminate repetitive, manual processes through automation and direct connection to your ERP data, as well as, measures organizations need to put in place to save time and cost, reduce human errors, and improve data quality.

Webinar agenda includes:

· What are the traits that separate higher-performing finance teams from the rest?

· Identifying and eliminating upstream bottlenecks in finance processes to support more frequent and more precise planning

· Why the relationship between capital management, controllership, and FP&A is critical to uncovering timely forward insights that drive desired business outcomes

· Connecting directly to your ERP to ensure all team members are reporting off a single source of truth via reports and plans that refresh in seconds
