Passionate about building effective collaborative partnerships between sites, sponsors, patient advocacy groups, and vendors to expand access to clinical trials for all and to bring best in class new therapies to market as efficiently as possible.

Joscelyn is an Oncology Certified Nurse with a Masters in Nursing Informatics obtained from Walden University. She has worked in clinical trials for 8 years in various therapeutic areas. Currently as Cancer Research Nurse Manager, along with her team; she works with cancer patients of all backgrounds and disease sites, providing them opportunities to participate in innovative clinical trials. After spending 3 years in cancer focused clinical trials, Joscelyn believes providing these opportunities at a community based hospital to increase access to the surrounding population is important work and vital to the future of cancer treatment. Most importantly, she believes in connecting to the heart beat of the people she is trying to help and promote an environment of care and understanding. Nominated for her institution’s Values in Action Award for Excellence this year, Joscelyn continuously strives to uphold that nomination by performing all duties and actions with excellence and reliability.
