Josh leads the strategic direction of benefits programs that the company offers including maximizing resources to increase engagement, bending the cost curve through the implementation and oversight of a wide variety of technology-enabled services, and ensuring ongoing access of care to all employees and their families.

In addition to leading the strategic direction of the program, Josh oversees the day-to-day operational functions of a self-funded health plan, Leave of Absence programs, and Health & Well-being program initiatives. This includes oversight of all compliance-related functions for the programs and all communication channels that are used to engage employees in the continued education and utilization of the great programs that they offer.

At Collective Health, Sarah serves as the organization’s Senior Vice President of Client Success. She comes to Collective Health from Mercer where she served as a partner and the leader of Mercer’s Northern California market. Sarah is inspired by helping employers elevate the employee experience by driving innovation and reimagining how healthcare is delivered in today’s world.

Based in San Francisco, she has over 20 years of professional consulting experience and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries. Sarah holds a BS with honors, in statistics and actuarial science from the University of Western Ontario.
