➡️Rules: The Winner is a valid participant, with the last 3 characters of ID number coinciding with the last 3 digits of the BTC price at 12:00 UTC on November 20, 2019 — in CoinMarketCap (for example the BTC price at 12:00 UTC on November 20, 2019 is 8,910 → the last 3 digits are 9 1 0)
- In case the 3 characters are letters, the number will be converted as follows:
- In case there are more than 5 lucky people, we will prioritize the valid participants in Round 1 and Round 2 first.
- In case of not enough 5 lucky people, we will continue to take the price of BTC at 12:01 UTC on November 20, 2019.

- A valid participant is the one who fulfills all the requirements in the form
- Participants who are eligible for Round 1 and Round 2 will automatically receive the results, you don not need to complete the form
