We are excited to announce our public token sale and distribution of MGX Tokens on the bounce.finance platform.

Bounce Finance is DAO for financial auctions which can be used for transparent and clear community sales.

Note

1. The fixed swap level is the number of MGX tokens you will receive per 1 ETH
2. The bounce level means the total amount of ETH that can be swapped in the pool. After this threshold is reached, all further incoming transactions will be bounced off.
3. Please be aware of scam activities and only follow official announcements!

Guide

1. Go to bounce.finance and connect your ERC-20 wallet via extension such as MetaMask or Wallet Connect;
2. After the start of the sale announcement, enter a Pool ID or Pool name on Bounce homepage. You can also use direct links to open the pool page. Direct links, Pool name and pool ID will be announced only on our official channel: https://t.me/MargiXchannel, https://medium.com/margix
3. When the pool sale starts, send your ETH to swap for MGX tokens, the number of MGX tokens you receive is based on the swap level of the current pool;
4. Always check token contract address to avoid scams;
5. The swap will be successful if the accumulative ETH amount sent is below the bounce level of the pool. When the bounce level is reached, any ETH sent will bounce (sent back to the user)
   → Pool bounce level: 140 ETH
6. The pool will close based when one of the two conditions below are met, whichever happens first:
   → The bounce level is reached
7. The fixed swap level makes sure that the swap price in a pool stays the same during the live time of that specific pool;
8. MGX tokens will be sent to users’ wallets immediately after the swap has been executed successfully;
9. Make sure you have some ETH in your wallet to pay for transaction fees;
10. All public sale tokens are fully unlocked and tradable;
11. All the unsold allocations will be burned after sale.

Listing

Immediately after the Bounce Sale MGX will get listed on Uniswap and Bilaxy.
