Not just that, but the Nordic Tech Exit report suggests that the Nordics have a great entrepreneurial environment and thus making these two factors a positive realization for many players in the Nordics to bet on scale-ups.
Nordic Scalers is an initiative powered by different Nordic entities (Maria 01, Rainmaking, Epicenter, Startup Norway & Icelandic Startups) aiming to empower Nordic companies and share knowledge on some of the best practices to help them scale their business. Nordic Scalers hosts yearly scale-up summits, sessions, labs and a community, for the most ambitious scale-ups in the region.

Nordic Scalers is currently receiving applications for their next Scale-Up Lab to be held in Epicenter Stockholm on April 12, 2018. The Lab is coached by known figures in the Nordics ( Mahesh Kumar, Adrian McDonald, and Ola Ahlvarsson) and by using a proven growth methodology. The chosen companies to participate in the program, will go through a 10-week coaching to identify growth cornerstones and set up goals. There will be one 3-hour session per week.
The Growth-o-Meter methodology to be used in the labs is comprised of 8 key elements that will be studied to help you maximize growth in each area. The 8 different areas are: funding, growth hacking, sales, internationalization, technology, team, communication and corporate administration.
The Scale-up lab has a limited seat capacity to 20 companies per lab and it is suited for companies with proven business models or great product-market fit. Each company is given 3 seat spaces in the labs and it is most recommended to bring your CXO/co-founder during the lab days.
