This is an eerie video for me to watch, since it was made just before the epidemic blew up.
In April, Thomas Allman, County Sheriff and Coroner for Mendocino County, California, recorded this public service announcement to warn about dangerously contaminated cannabis vape cartridges seized in a raid. There may be a link to the current epidemic of vaping-related illnesses.
