Globalisation has encouraged the exponential growth in Business cosmos where in Shipping is the connecting chain between the various concerned parties in the trade of export / import. All over the world, the products or goods are transported via sea channel as compared to the air transfer in terms of weight and expenditure incurred in both cases. Hence, through the relatively low cost associated with Shipping, the consumerism can spread a comfortable network across countries cost effectively.

There are different types of Ships which are used depending on the cargo carried and frequency of demand / supply.

In Container vessels — typically it is the linear business which operates around fixed ports and schedules to move containers of a wide variety of goods.

Tankers vessels — it is more a need base processing order where in the cargo is carried as per the deal between the buyers and sellers of Oil cargo. The vessel owner provides to hire the vessel for carrying cargo to the suitable port(s) through the charter road map aiming at the optimization and faster deliveries.
