Reader’s Choice. You Pick The Conversation
One photo. Three Three Line Conversations
Sometimes, a photo will give me more than one conversation idea. I came up with three conversations for this photo and couldn’t decide which one to use. So I included all three.

“I could have sworn the parking lot was this way.”
“So you didn’t bring a trail map, or a water bottle, or even your phone. What exactly did you pack in that tiny backpack?”
“Peanut butter crackers.”

“Don’t turn around, but I think one of those giant desert bears is following us.”
“No problem. I’ll open the backpack and get the Starburst fruit chews out. They can’t resist them.”
“Don’t hate me, but I ate the last one five minutes ago.”

“Well, it’s not as nice as Versteron 4, but Earth will have to do. Let’s set up camp. Grab the alien-planet colonization unit out of my backpack.”
“It’s dead. Did you charge it before we left?”
“Umm. I thought you were doing that.”
Which one was your favorite?
Three Line Conversations were inspired by Haikus. I borrowed the form of three lines, but without the syllable counts. And dialog instead of poetry.
