Markeaze Updates

This set of updates is all about you and your feedback. You shared a few ideas that can make your work easier and we listened. It’s time to reap the benefits of what we’ve created side by side.

🔔 Stay Notified

Notifications now work with the inactive browser tab too. If you’re like most of the people always switching between dozens of tabs, you still won’t miss a thing. Whenever you receive a message from a customer, you’ll get a pop-up notification in your browser.

👀 Peek on Your Visitors

The customer journey is even more transparent now as you can see what your website’s visitors are doing. Whether your customers are viewing products or updating carts, it will be displayed and saved directly in the chat window.

You’ll also know what they are searching for. Because the more you know about your customers’ needs, the better.

📨 Get Them Back

Good customer service should be fast. But if you do happen to be offline there is a way to reach your website visitors. Our predefined customer return scenario starts with an automatic welcome message in the chatbox. Once a visitor opens the chat they will be offered to leave an email. And if they leave your store a little too soon without getting a reply, they will receive an email with your answer and a CTA button that returns them to your store.

⚡ Use Quick Answers

We’ve added a list of ready-to-use replies for new accounts that will save your time and improve the response speed. Now, how do you use them? Click on three dots on the right side of the chatbox and pick an answer. And you’re welcome to edit them.

📎 Send Files

Want to send a picture of the products you’ve got in stock? Well, now you can! Share files and images with your customers and improve your communication.

✨ Something Extra

What would make your workflow even smoother? How about the mobile app? We’re happy to announce that it’s coming soon! The client chat on our native mobile app is waiting to be released in stores and will be out next week.
