From day one, our goal was to build a strong team driven by a passion for helping great founders to build great companies. Currently, at the peak of our investment period, human capital and processing capacity are what we need to focus on the most, which is why we are pleased to share some news with you today.
It is our great pleasure to announce that Jacek Łubiński has been promoted to Principal. For everyone who knows Jacek, it is no surprise that with his business maturity, deep analytical skills, great understanding and usage of VC toolbox, he is the mainstay of the entire investment team.
But there are some more good news coming. Michał Mroczkowski has been promoted to Investment Manager, so the position that Jacek held until now. We are delighted to observe how Michał develops his skills and know-how at a lightspeed pace. He went from Intern to Investment Manager just in few years. Probably only the sky is the limit for this brilliant guy!
As we are at the peak of our investment period, therefore we support ourselves with another young talent who has a chance to follow the path set by Jacek and Michał. Since we have good experiences with Michałs, we have decided to start working with another one — Michał Gren who joined us as Analyst. He will be mainly focusing on markets screening and research, proactive reach out to companies and support of our portfolio companies. We only hire people we believe will make a difference, and we’re proud to count Michał among that number. Welcome to the team!
