5 Things You Can Do Today to Improve Your Sales

Q3 only has one-third left. That means that you need to get on the ball to start closing deals. Where can you start? I have a few ideas you can get started on today that can bring you more sales by the end of September.
- Go through any deals that have gone cold (especially from Q2) and ask them where they are today and if they have accomplished what they were hoping to do. Perhaps this is just a quick phone call you can do to ensure you close more sales this quarter.
- Look up keywords related to your industry in Facebook groups (or LinkedIn or Twitter) to see if anyone has a problem that you can help today. Reach out to them and offer a free consultation to see if you can help them out.
- Reach out to current clients to see if you can help them with something else in addition to what you’re doing for them.
- Along those same lines, write a short email to your current clients to see if they know someone in your niche that needs your help (a warm referral).
- Reach out to former leads that said no a year ago. As with #1, see if they have accomplished what they were hoping to do.
- As a bonus, start using video (such as Loom or Dubb) in your sales process to help you stand out in your cold emails.
