1- Set an end date and don’t let anything distract you

If you are going to write an eBook you have to make a work calendar where you clearly detail the hours of dedication that you are going to dedicate each week, as well as an end date for it. If you don’t do the eBook like this, the project may never end and become a great upheaval both professionally and personally.

2.- Add an infographic every 2 pages of the eBook

Do not forget to give your eBook a very visual aspect that makes it more attractive and interesting to the reader, or as

Susana Morin says “The image engages and the content converts”, a phrase that I love and with which I totally agree.

3.- Write a high-quality eBook

A few weeks ago, I conducted an interview with university professor Angela Serrano in order to discern or find out what are the most important aspects to write good quality content . I recommend that you read this interview.

4.- Take care of the cover of the eBook

If you are going to create a good eBook, I recommend that you do it well and hire a good designer to make the cover and visual elements that you are going to use for its promotion.

5.- Convert readers into subscribers through a good eBook

Not only the fact that we add the eBook band to a content does not mean that it is of quality and a useful tool to get subscribers, since in some eBooks the subject does not go too deep or it remains too theoretical. .

6.- The eBook by itself does not work magic

So, prepare a good strategy for its dissemination and advertising to be able to generate the highest number of possible conversions through your new eBook. Define what actions you are going to take to promote and disseminate the eBook both on your own page and on other blogs or websites.

7.- Use a good plugin for the conversion of LEADs in your Blog

I recommend that you use Sumome, a free WordPress plugin with which you can carry out a great eBook dissemination campaign on the Blog and you will be able to increase the number of subscribers, adding them directly to your Mailchimp subscriber list. I recommend that you read the post “ How to get thousands of subscribers for your Blog .”

8.- Get the opinion of other professionals

You need feedback from other professionals in the sector in order to further refine and improve your new eBook.

9.- Ask a highly relevant professional to present the eBook and its author

When we write a book it is highly recommended to ask another author to write the foreword for it and why not do the same when writing a good eBook?

10.- Do not fall short with the extension

After analyzing the eBooks that are currently written there is a great difference in length and 2 extensions predominate above all: 20 to 40 pages. It is one of the most used extensions nowadays but we have to be careful that our eBook does not seem too short to the reader.

41 to 100 pages. They are less eBook if we compare it with the previous category, but in my opinion, they are more professional and offer us more information, tips, useful tools that will help us a lot in our daily work.
