I think myAudi is a helpful tool for Audi owners.
Is it easy to navigate?
It is a little hard to judge. First, to log in to this app, you need to own an Audi cause it needs to verify the unique VIN code. Though I don’t have an Audi, I still found a way to get a code and got in! But you still need to connect your phone with your car that you can experience the full features if myAudi. But according to reviews, some Audi owners had trouble logging in to the system, and someone can’t access maps or calendars. Even more, someone also had unpleasant experiences because of the customer service unable to fix any of their problems. I don’t actually have an Audi, so I can’t try all the functions.
What do you think about its aesthetic design?
Typical German-style. Black and white color scheme is always my favorite, just as they did with their official website. But their Apple watch version is pure black, which is a right choice.
