Couldn’t believe this semester’s classes were nearly going to the end.I have just gotten used to Every Monday routine — “Starts with something we don’t know.”

After 10 weeks of class, we have learned so many things about digital marketing. When you ask me about the 5 most important things when doing digital marketing, it’s hard to come to a clear conclusion.

However, at the same time, my friend and I are starting to build our brand right now and planning to market our products in the Digital world. ( hope everything can go successfully!) So maybe I will change the question to “ the 5 most important things I learn from our class and can use into the real- world cases.

Maybe the answer are:

1. Talk with our audience.

2. Pay attention to user-experience.

3. Make the content Shareworthy.

4. Don’t annoy the customer.

5. Always Human-to human

1.Talk with our audience.

Talk with our audience, which is the right audience. Recognizing the demographics, behaviors, and preferences of your audience ensures that the communication is relevant and engaging. It’s about creating content that resonates with them and meets them where they are, whether that’s on social media, blogs, or email newsletters. Our products is made based on their needs, so as the digital marketing strategy.

2. Pay attention to user-experience.

Having a great user-experience is easy to say, but when we are doing our own website design, it is hard to make every section both beautiful and useful. Think about walking into a store where everything is easy to find, looks great, and you can check out without waiting. That’s the dream, right? Now, if our website or app is the store, the experience should be just as smooth. No one wants to get lost in a digital maze! A bad user experience will directly lead to a bad brand image, which means they are not professional and careful with their product. That is more convincing than any other words you said about your brand.

3. Make the content Shareworthy.

We don’t want to be like a boring parent for our customers. What we think important might not be interesting to them. Ever seen a video that you just have to show your friend? That’s what we aim for. Content should be so compelling that people feel it reflects part of who they are when they share it. The sense of recognition is really important. Nowadays, people do social networks with friends and family or even strangers in the digital world. And our content is the bridge that can connect them together.

4. Don’t annoy the customer.

You know those pesky salespeople who follow you around the store? That’s how people feel about obnoxious pop-ups and ads. We should be like the helpful store assistant who’s there when needed but gives you space to shop in peace. Never push our customers, pull them.

5. Always Human-to human

Lastly, and which also might be the most important thing to remember — — always act like a real human. The digital world is made of code, but the ones who use it are all human. Behind every screen is a real person with a real story. So, when we market, we’re not just sending out messages to ‘users’ or ‘traffic’ — we’re reaching out to other humans. It’s like writing a letter to a friend, not posting a billboard on the highway. Having the ability to tell a touching story of our brand and product is very important. It is the story that will give people emotion and feeling and as a result, leave an impression in their mind.

The marketing process may take up a lot of time and expense, however, when start building a brand, the product you sell is crucial, but the way of selling also matters.
