Since many companies know that today’s digital and mobile channels are critical to attracting and retaining customers, especially during COVID-19 pandemic. However, some companies do not yet have a comprehensive plan to support digital transformation and company development, and effectively attract their audience online.

As we all know, during the Covid-19 pandemic, when you are unable to communicate with others, it becomes more difficult to establish and create a new business. There are fewer and fewer opportunities to meet with customers and customers, and you need to focus on how to creatively and consistently attract people in novel ways.

Connect consistently with your customers

If you don’t post to social channels for a few weeks, don’t update your website, or can’t access it via live chat or phone, customers are likely to choose another brand and expect clear answers soon. Make it easy for them to do business with you by knowing your status directly and frankly and how to help solve their problems.

Redefine your business goals

After you recognize what your customers expect, you need to redefine your business goals. Is the brand’s purpose and message still relevant? If not, does your brand need to reallocate its marketing budget, and does consumer need to move from brick-and-mortar to online store? Therefore, redefining your brand’s business goals will help identify the key points in your strategy.

Allocate your marketing budget

As we know, at the beginning of the pandemic, most stores are forced to close and restaurant are not allowed dine in. However, online retail is still open and restaurants are encouraged for delivery. So, before you create a strategy you can withdraw funds from live campaign marketing to support it online portion. Since the situation goes better, you can balance your budget again to stratify new situation.

Find a new cadence

In extremely uncertain situations, the leadership team needs to quickly understand what is the primary and secondary to the job. This requires knowing and understanding many unknown elements as long as they appear. Before the crisis, leading companies had improved their learning rhythms as part of accelerating organizational metabolism. Companies can lead by example and strive to adapt to change more quickly in times of crisis and beyond.
