I have never been a delicate girl. Or maybe I am?
I don’t know much about cosmetic brands, and I never spend as much time studying lipsticks as many girls do. Some of my friends even own many foundations simultaneously, which shocks me. “I will get tired of using one,” they say. “I like to try new things.”
Crazy.
But then again, no girl doesn’t like shopping. So do I.
I have used very few diff foundations brands because I am a loyal customer. Once I use it, and like it, I will keep using it for a long time. Estée Lauder’s Double Wear is one of them. I’ve been using it for at least three years.
A thorough evaluation of the company’s UX on both desktop and mobile devices was performed. I realize the strong dominance of Estée Lauder in the beauty market and its unique charm.
Aesthetics
There is no doubt that the web page design of Estée Lauder is fantastic.
I love the color of Estée Lauder, navy blue. It’s straightforward to guess the representative color when customers browse its website for shopping.
At a beauty brand, product packaging design is essential. Unlike Anna Sui, Estée Lauder is all about high-end design. Not gaudy or flashy. Simple.
Still, Estée Lauder hasn’t lost the uniqueness of their product, which still can be recognized without the brand name.
Interestingly, current online exclusive promotional posters are brightly colored, making it hard not to focus on the sale immediately. As digital marketing, it’s very successful.
Responsiveness
The term responsive web design refers to designing websites to render well on various devices and screen sizes.
The desktop version and the version of the mobile device have good uniformity. There was no lack of content or typography confusion due to the size difference.
Convenience
I am an impatient person, especially when it comes to loading web pages. Too slow drives me crazy.
Although the website has much content, you might be worried about loading too slowly without Wi-Fi. As long as the network is, as usual, no matter mobile device or computer, it will not delay you too much time on loading. Let you quickly log in to the official website start your happy shopping.

One of the features I often overlook when browsing and shopping is customer service. But Estée Lauder doesn’t want their customers to ignore it.
When I browse with my desktop, a dialog box of “Hi Beauty” will pop up in the lower-left corner, prompting me to click the dialog here for one-to-one customer service if I need anything help.
In addition, Estée Lauder provides a wide range of customer services, including online chat, email, telephone service, and even live chat.
