Livechat will provide many benefits to the brand, not only can significantly boost turnover, but also can make the shopping experience better, such as increasing satisfaction and fostering loyalty.

Though social media is in newer iterations like youtube, instagram, twitter etc., the influence of social media is huge for digital marketing. It provides brands with the opportunity to interact with target audiences and spread the message. So brands need to utilize this channel as much as possible, for example, they can place more advertisements or run their social media accounts carefully.

Optimizing SEO for Higher Visibility

According to the research, the average click rate for the top search result on Google is 31.7%, according to one study, and the top three search results on Google account for 75.1% of clicks.

There is so much information on the internet. If a customer is completely unaware of the brand or product then they will not consider it all the time when they are purchasing something. Therefore, improving SEO will be more efficient to give the brand more exposure and reach a wider audience.
