As we begin to see the light at the end of the pandemic-sized tunnel, it’s been fascinating to look back on how marketers have adapted their strategies to work in an anxious and uncertain world.

For example, we’ve seen a huge shift to digital as marketing’s primary medium, as a result of all in person interaction being shut down. We’ve also seen brands increase transparency between themselves and their audience, and we understand that consumers want to know how brands are tackling hard situations.

There are many more ways in which marketing strategies have evolved over the last year, so to sum it up, I put together a quick list of digital marketing strategies that have become best practices in a Covid dominated world.

I personally feel that going forward, we must keep up with the changes to our marketing communications, especially in regards to transparency, empathy, and patience. If we do these things, along with continuously adapting our strategies to fit our circumstances, we will be able to tackle any feat.
