1. Content Strategy

Content Strategy is one of the most important key drivers as it will give a clear and proficient view of the product to clients. Besides knowing what the product is indicating, they will also get to know how their product is being advertised or recommended by some other marketing strategies. Therefore, content strategy is more to a leading strategy.

2. Social Media Strategy

With the increase of social media users, people are more willing to get to know what is happening out there by using social media tools, such as Facebook, Instagram and twitter, etc. Hence, building an attractive and thoughtful social media platform is necessary, as it will help us to engage the core content of product as well as build brand awareness. Meanwhile, the customer service can also be improved by the real time contact. With these advantages of social media strategy, the brand or product loyalty can be easily established.

3. Web UX

Web UX strategy is telling the customer a “Brand Story”. Not only because all of the product information is listed on the website, but also if the customer can find the brand/product personality. For example, the official website of Apple is one of my favorites. It has included all of the high technology generations of either iphone or some other products’. From the website, you’ll feel like you are willing and ready to buy its electronic products. It not difficult to follow up with its web design. Therefore, the Web UX strategy is also on the top list.

4. Mobile Strategy

Decades ago, mobile phone was only used to make a phone call or send the text message. However, with the revolution of technology, the mobile industry is getting more and more powerful, especially the Apps. It is way more easier to make a single click purchase in the app rather than through the computer/laptop. From searching or locating the product that customers are interested, a couple of clicks are what they need. This will offer a unique and social value of the product, it does enhance the omnichannel experience.

5. Email Strategy

Last but not lease, the email strategy is the point that a lot of your competitors will forget. It is always good that you can do some follow up on your products with customers. The email marketing can let you communicate with your audience and build the brand awareness at the same time. Once you have the target customers, it is always good to shoot an email to them. Customers will get to know what you have sent to then if they are really interested in.
