Smoothie Box is a community that is committed to providing and delivering their customer’s smoothies that include a nutritional balance of organic fruits, seeds, and vegetables for maximum health benefits.

Smoothie Box is better positioned to face its competitors by showcasing how well, and healthy their products are through their website. Customer service is made more accessible by handling their inquiries through the website, thus promoting business growth.

To be user-centered means that the design understands its users explicitly, tasks, and environments. Smoothie Box website is user-centered as its images and writings are visible. There is instant feedback. The information is easily accessible by the users, and the site is user-oriented and uses some visual designs to make it pleasant to the users. Smoothie Box’s website design is innovative as they have identified the needs of their customers, and they are now providing a solution by producing juices that are Perfectly portioned, organic, farm-fresh fruits & vegetables. A brand personality is something to which the consumer can relate. Smoothie Box is a name the consumers can connect and therefore, it reflects the nature of the brand, thus increasing its brand equity. The four flavors, that is, berry, cacao, green, and clementine, are relatable to the consumers.

In Smoothie Box website, Color is one of the most potent aesthetics tools deliberately used to influence the user experience. Images are also vital as they communicate thousands of words in a blink of a second. A website is said to be responsive if it adapts to any screen size, be it a mobile phone or a desktop, without having to pinch or scroll horizontally. Smoothie Box site employs responsive design as one can easily use it from any screen, be it a desktop or a mobile phone. The content on their website is entertaining, convincing, inspiring, and educative. The layout of the website is comfortable and clear. Customers are enlightened on the health benefits of each flavor. For instance, berry gives a natural energy boost for each day; cacao supports gut health, green supports the immune system, while clementine reduces inflammation post-workout.

One of the key customer services is the website chat box. It facilitates online presence 24/7. Customers are not limited in time matters as they can access service anytime, anywhere, even past the working time. However, I don’t like this service of Smoothie Box. If you want to chat with Smoothie Box, you have to log in with Facebook first. Everyone using their phone to log in to these social media, if a customer using a desktop, they have to log in twice. For a customer like me, even forget my Facebook password, will not able to use the chat box of Smoothie Box.

Overall, I think Smoothie Box is a potential smoothie brand. It is a subscription service, and each bag comes with 20 frozen smoothie bags. 16 ounces per bag total 20 smoothies cost around $120. I think this is a reasonable rate. I will try it to become more healthy.
