Going WOW for ColorWow

In a testament to how powerful digital marketing is, I recently scrolled past an ad on TikTok for this heat protectant spray by ColorWow. In the ad, this person has half a head of curly hair and half straightened and then proceeds to pour water on the straightened side. This immediately shocked me because first of all, what is being advertised and surely this product isn't good enough to prevent the hair from curling if there is water being poured directly on it…

It turns out this product product is a heat protectant spray that will protect your hair from all humidity and frizz, even to the point of direct contact with water. After watching this ad and reading all of the testimonials in the comments (and people that were equally as shocked as me with how well the product works), I decided to purchase it.

I believe that this video, and the other videos on this company's page are so successful is because of how they are either initially captivating and really grab attention or they feature people that have different hair types and textures. The latter will allow for the audience that is viewing the ad to feel like they are being represented and included in the ideation and creation of the product. For me personally, it is both of those things combined which further encouraged me to purchase the product.

So far, I am extremely happy with how well the product works and I will continue to use in the future.
