The first thing we realized is the website reaction time, which Gardein did a great job. Since If their reaction time is too long, their customers may get time to visit their competitors' websites. Once we open the page, on the top of the website, there are only three buttons that include the list of their products, the benefits of eating their products, and their distributors' websites and locations. All those three obvious buttons just meet all their customers' needs and no chance to let customers get confused at all. When we decided which product we want, the website takes a total of three clicks to the checkout page. Without too many words to read, pages to click, unnecessary information to make the website complex. The whole process is user-centered simple and pleasant to use. Even this is our first time visiting Gardein’s website, we can get navigate clearly, with high efficiency and learnability.
