The company has made headway and focused on social media as a marketing tool. They have an excellent blog and regularly post about new products and upcoming sales. The company has a Twitter account and a Facebook page that display the products to the customers. 5-Hour Energy has built up a loyal customer base over time through social media

Effective communication between the customers and the company results in client retention. 5-Hour Company should improve in sending mail updates to individuals. The company should send mail updates frequently to inform the clients of the new products.
