Hey there, my adventure seekersšŸ„³, are you like me who decides on a whim to explore new places??? If thatā€™s the case, then weā€™re friends already in the making. Iā€™m all about diving into travel adventures without a second thought. My passion for travel is matched by my appreciation for an effortless planning process, particularly when it comes to choosing an airline. After jet-setting across the globe and experiencing various airlines, Iā€™ve found my constant in ā€œUnited Airlinesā€. Let me share with you the three pillars that make United my go-to for the skies.

  1. Itā€™s all about that easy website šŸ’»ā€” As someone who makes travel plans impulsively, a user-friendly website is my topmost non-negotiable!!! When I decide Iā€™m going somewhere, I want to book my flight quickly and without a fuss. Unitedā€™s website is the dream for someone like me. Itā€™s straightforward, no mess of photos everywhere, just simple, clean, and to the point. Itā€™s so easy, I bet my 5-year-old nephew could book his next vacation on it šŸ˜Š (donā€™t worry, he still prefers toy planes for now).

Digital World: Unitedā€™s Got Game- A thing about me, I love to explore what United does beyond flying and how well it relates to its audience, therefore, my love for digital exploration has led me to delve into what the fascinating world of United Airlines. I have been following United Airlineā€™s Instagram account and Facebook Page for a while now, and boy, theyā€™ve got my attention. Who doesnā€™t love an interesting feed with quirky content??? With more than a million followers, United sure knows how to grab the audienceā€™s attention especially when they are the Swifties, like it did with the launch of the social media post of Travis saying hey, we added more flights from Kansas City, honestly, Iā€™d say what an on-point post to appeal to the target audience.

Okay Okayā€¦ I admit that being a picky traveler myself, I like an airline with authenticity and United represents that for me. The fact that it tapped on its employee influencers to represent the brand through their everyday work goes on to say how much the employees love the organization. (A top-notch trick by the company). Known for its user friendly and engaging content, United uses Twitter, TikTok and LinkedIn as the other social media platforms to connect with its customers. With followers over a million at each of these platforms, United sure knows how to keep its customers entertained and looped. Their digital strategy is not just about selling flights, itā€™s about creating a community of travelers united for their love for explorationāœˆļø

3. Customer service that actually cares- Have you had moments when you tried calling an airline and no one responded, or they would put you on hold for hours???ā€¦wellā€¦this has happened with me, a multiple time before!!! However, I remember calling up United and will you believe it when I say, they not only responded but resolved my query in no time. At that very moment, United topped the charts for my most preferred airline. Well, the love for United is not just restricted to me, Iā€™ve had friends tell me that United is quick in responding to the customer queries and the comments on other social media channels as well. Clearly, it goes on to say about their quick turnaround time.

In a world overwhelmed with information, the only way for brands to distinguish themselves and be uniquely desired by their customers, is to cut the noise and render a seamless experience through their customer journey as United Airlines has done for me. So, as we stand by the mantra that travel should be adventurous and planning simple, I am sure youā€™ve got your own travel stories and Iā€™d love to hear them šŸ¤—
