How Do You Describe Yourself?
If you ask me: “How do you describe yourself?” I might not be able to answer at once, taking the fascination test let me have something to say to answer this question.
“Power”
“I enjoy leading projects and easily wins buy-in of teams”. Yes, it is true that i love bing the leader in the group, being leader in groups can practice and express my ability to take more responsibility. Recollecting my role in groups since I was a child, I have been the class monitor who are working to help classmates and teachers from the middle school. Being a monitor, I love helping my classmates when they need help and influencing others with my self-assure ideas, I have always used my optimistic and positive attitude to drive my peers and bring them joys. In school basketball team, I was the team leader from primary school to middle school, I can set ambitious goals for our team which is to get the first place in the provincial basketball tournament, this big goal really gives us a motivation to training hard, the result is that we won the champions for three consecutive years.
“Prestige”
My understanding of a person who is prestige is that the one who have outstanding achievement in areas such as scientist and professors. Yes, I have always been expecting highest quality deliverables from myself and others, and I want to earn respect with higher standards from my peers. In order to be prestige, I am indeed to focus on adding value through better execution and constantly envision ways to improve and upgrade. My opinion of being prestige is not only from myself, but I am influenced much from my mother. My mother is a businesswomen who runs a well with her company, she always tell me “Do it and do it best, or don’t do it” for everything, for my grade, for my basketball training, also, she has been instructing to me that “you can get respect only you do it well”. These two exhortation are always warning me during my life.
How To Fascinate
Everyone are fascinate, but everyone’s shining points are different, there are plenty of different personalities in the world, you should find your advantages and fascinate it, you will find that everyone can be not normal. Recognizing that I am power and prestige, I would being the “horsepower” in the group and apply power and prestige to persuade, influence, attract and inspire everyone I encounter. To be the “highest and best value” of the maestro, there is a long way to go, but these sentences can be my goals to achieve.
These description of my personality captured me exactly, who are being ambitious, focused and confident helps me a lot to build my brand and guide me to demonstrate my advantages in the groups an to others. Now, I think I can introduce myself more with my archetype to others.
