Let me tell you a little bit about myself, and who I believe to be.

Who am I at work?

Professionally, I have been working since I graduated high school. Taking on part time jobs to grow my knowledge in the workplace. I currently work for Samsung Electronics America as an Event Marketing Manager. I’ve had the opportunity for over 4 years to travel around the country. I am responsible for developing trade shows and events for the home appliance and home entertainment teams.

· I am a problem-solver

· I am a leader

· I am a planner

Who am I at school?

My education started at a community college where I spent my first 2 years earning my Associate’s degree. I then attended a state University where I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. I took a few years off to put some of my marketing knowledge to use before continuing my education. Now I’m attending New York University or NYU for short, pursuing my Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing.

· I am reserved

· I am communicative

· I am driven

How do I see myself?

I’ve worked hard to plan my next steps. I am methodical, reasonable, and conservative. Structuring my life to fit a well thought out goal. I know myself not to be creative or make impulsive decisions. Although, I happen to be quite outgoing and talkative, I am also cautious and observant.

Who am I to the world?

I am THE ARCHER. An on-target, reasoned, and pragmatic individual. My fascination advantages are Mystique and Alert.

So, what does this mean? The Fascination test is a personality assessment created by Sally Hogshead, that breaks down your most fascinating and impressive qualities. It provides an understanding on how the world sees you and how to best elevate yourself. The assessment is the key to personal insight on how to brand yourself.

Breaking it down.

My primary advantage mystique is independent, logical and observant. It identifies myself as a complex mind and reserved demeanor.

My secondary advantage alert is proactive, organized and detailed. Those who are alert tend to have risk-averse attitudes which help to avoid mistakes.

Could The Fascinate Test be more spot on?

The answer is no. While taking the assessment, I thought the questions were generic but somewhat pulled my responses to one side. In 28 simple questions I noticed a pattern to where I was being categorized. It was unbelievable and yet impressive how true the results were. I see so much of myself in what is describe in The Archer. I notice the similarities in how I brand myself personally and who I am at work. It’s a match!

Knowing who you are is extremely beneficial. Having an insight on how others see you could not be more important for your career or personal brand. I can now harness the “highest and best” qualities of The Archer to self-improve. As well as the knowledge of what situations will I most feel uncomfortable. Or things I may have to work on. Either way, it proves to be true. Helping me discover more how the world sees me versus how I see the world.

Want to find out who you are? Take the Fascinate Test.
