If the Shoe Fits — It is Probably Fitflop

Nowadays, everything we buy and shop for is available online. And when shopping for footwear, not only do we want pleasing brochures and designs to choose from — we also want a site that is not headache-inducing, but rather simple and clean. Fitflop’s website on desktop and mobile provides a great UX or user experience by keeping everything uncomplicated. Upon opening the website on both mobile and desktop, it saves you time in scrolling, as you can already see the categories above — new arrivals, women, men, and what we all love — sale!

Its white unicolor design makes the product stand out and it does not interfere with the color and design of the shoes themselves.

Fitflop covers a wide range of styles — from sneakers to casual flats and sandals for both men and women. Hence, the current design fits the said varieties. Yeah, for some, white is boring. But it makes the plugged products pop up and enticing. Personally, it creates content that is not entertaining, educating, but rather classy. Indeed, it is fun to play with colors and funky designs for websites, but it is a wise decision for Fitflop to settle for what they currently showcase — and it works!

Moreover, opening the site from mobile does not require you to zoom and scroll, because it automatically provides a mobile-friendly interface — which is exactly what you see on desktops. Although there is not much AI interaction, they do have live chat customer assistance which will deliver urgent responses. With their plain yet elegant design, it conveys a message that they know what I want, what ‘we’ want — and they have it. Fitflop is truly user-friendly; they do not give us annoyance by having to search anywhere and on our own. They provide us what we need and in order; they guide us throughout the process of shopping. And what I love the most is that currently, they are giving a 25% discount for healthcare heroes. What an awesome way of giving back, eh!
