Digital has changed the marketing game. Beyond what TV commercials, radio jingles, and billboards — the pillars of traditional marketing — can offer, digital marketing has given us the opportunity to engage directly with our customers. Whether that’s having conversations on social media, bringing consumers to our website, or (hopefully) being welcomed straight into their inboxes.

There’s a lot to keep track of, especially as digital marketing changes basically by the day. One day Elon Musk could buy Twitter, and on another Chat GPT could be rolled out to the public. Oh wait, both those things happened and transformed the digital landscape as we know it.
