During the COVID-19 pandemic, online classes and office works continued to cause a series of “Social Death” events: those who are singing during class and forgetting to mute themselves; those who are snapping or having a bath while they are in the meeting… People began to miss the moment of face-to-face communication. Everything seems so precious before COVID-19.

However, when the quarantine is lifted, and you really have to meet with friends, you will most likely find that it takes another process to adjust to all this again. Even in this process, there are many incentives for “Social Death” and face-to-face will make this embarrassment more real and concrete.

As we can find, when the CONVID-19 pandemic outbreak, Snickers designed the Print Ads and Facebook campaign to excavate the specific meaning of “being yourself at home”. They encourage and appeal to everyone to stay at home for reducing a lot of social burdens. And now, when the pandemic is getting better, they are paying attention to the process of stepping out of home and socializing face-to-face again. The Snickers is more like your friend or family to care about your social life during the tough pandemic time. They pass the real love and build a bridge for customers to interact with the brand. More importantly, this kind of love and care not only exists in the pandemic but can continue into the future. They created a good memory point.
