I love all the Oishi products: prawn cracker, cheese curl, chocolate pillows, potato chips… especially in China, we have much different products with plenty of flavors than in the U.S. Having a Prawn cracker really brings me a afternoon with full of chill.

I like Oishi official website not only because the website is functional and clear, but it also brings me pleasure when I use it. Looking at the Oishi website, what attracts me is that Oishi’s official website designs it as cartoon style . In the main page, the official website shows its main products, using bright yellow and red color, which attracts consumers’ attention and sight, also, these color highlights its brand characteristics, giving people sense of excitement, pleasure and chill.
Based on the cartoon style, Oishi creates its own cartoon characters which based on their products. According to the raw material of their chips, such as potatoes, prawn crackers, onion and brad, they all have their cartoon images and each cartoon has its own personalities from their comics. Such as the prawn crackers who is confident and passionate which represents Hippy Spicy Oishi Prawn Crackers; Rubee Rinbee represents the product of Ribeen, she is a positive girl who loves dancing and photography, the flavor of Ribeen is cheese, the connection withe photographer and cheese is very clever.
The website’s design meets the brand’s image and personality, to bring pleasure for children, I believe kids will be cheered with these comics, the content is creative and entertaining, using this website gives me a feeling of pleasure. However, the website should be updated and upgraded, since the information was remained in 2018, and there is no responsive function and AI conversation for customer service, the function of this website should be optimized and improved, using this website, I can only get few information about Oishi such as the history, products and social media, I think the website can add their purchase link for consumer to buy which will increase the websites usage.
