Siggi’s, a brand, takes 4% of the yogurt market share in the U.S. The brand’s drinks are mainly healthy and low in sugar and come in various rich flavors of yogurt. From this brand’s desktop or mobile device website, Customers can deeply feel the message from the brand’s UI and UX.

For the interaction between the website and the customer, the core idea of the brand company when designing the website is to let the customer feel the characteristics of the brand’s products in the first place. When customers click on the website link, the first thing that appears in front of them is the core idea that the company’s product wants to convey, using “simple ingredients without a lot of sugar” as the title. When customers see this title, those interested in low sugar and zero calories will be strongly attracted to the product. The brand has built up interaction with such customers who are concerned about healthy acidic amine drinks at the very beginning. And in the choice of the background color is the use of warmer tones on the customer’s display, and then customers feel at ease and friendly, especially at the bottom of the website’s homepage, there is an option to search for nearby stores, and the background color is to take the blue color, this color gives customers a sense of trust and from the subconscious to allow customers to search the store to buy goods.

In terms of customer experience, or user interface, the site places the basic links that customers need to use at the top of the site, such as “Products, Coupons, Locations, About Us, Recipes, Health and Wellness, FAQ, Search,” as well as hidden links in the top left corner of the mobile site. When new products and hot products introduce in the main interface, links provide for customers to click in, which is very convenient for customers to use because they can learn more about the hot or new products at the first time. For the company, it is also the first time to catch customers’ interest.

In summary, Siggi’s designed the site to highlight the product features, create a headline that would grab the customer’s attention and resonate with them, and then place each product’s links and details in the most prominent places on the website for the customer to find.
