When you think of what is most important for digital marketing for a company, what do you think of?

Strong emails?

A great social program?

SEO?

What about a fully optimized, well-designed website? You may be chuckling right now, thinking, oh Jackie, why would a pretty site be one of the top features of a company? Well, let me tell you, user experience is much more than just a pretty face.

See? You can be losing customers just by having a site that is sub-par. After all, how many times have you left a site because it was hard to navigate, slow, or just plain not nice? As I said above, a nice, well-performing website is one people will want to visit.

Brains and beauty… it’s important in a website! Never thought you’d hear that, did you?
