The world has definitely changed since Covid-19. It has affected us all in both our personal and professional lives. Most businesses worldwide have had to reconsider their business objectives and forged new innovative strategies to stay afloat during the pandemic. Marketers have had to rethink how to communicate and interact with consumers.

Most importantly, the pandemic has forced us to move into a digital world as we spend more time at home. For the apparent reason, online has become the predominant channel of choice for consumers when shopping for a product or service, and there are reasons to believe this situation will endure for an extended period. Given these new circumstances, companies need to pay much more attention to their digital marketing strategies.

This semester is almost over and based on everything I have learned throughout the months with Professor Joanne Tombrakos, here are five things I want to share with you about how brands should use their digital marketing in this unprecedented times.
