Working with digital marketing is a never-ending effort to understand your audience better and get closer to them. Artificial intelligence in marketing is currently one of the most prominent examples. By focusing on data strategies, brands can use the power of machine learning to attract more potential customers and find the correct arguments to convert them.

I believe that in today’s fast-paced era, everyone is busy with green work. Even if you have time, it isn’t easy to go shopping in the mall. Then, online shopping is the best choice for everyone. But the most troublesome thing is how to choose the size that suits you. Sometimes the size chart given by the brand may have errors. In this way, NIKE launched a Nike Fit app to facilitate us to choose a better size.

Nike plans to launch Nike Fit in the summer of 2019, a foot scanning solution based on artificial intelligence technology to help users choose the most suitable footwear products for their feet and personal preferences. The company uses mobile device cameras to collect dozens of data points with 2 millimeters for measurement. The measurement results will be input into the set machine learning model, which covers the outline of each Nike product and the materials, straps, and other vital details used. The program will pair this information with artificial intelligence functions to understand the wearer’s personal preferences. At that time, users can experience the technology through the augmented reality feature in the Nike app or go to Nike select stores to share it.

I think this is an excellent thing. Nike uses artificial intelligence to solve many complex problems for everyone. It saves everyone the time to return and exchange the goods to a large extent and give the correct answer in the shortest time. Through this method, consumers’ shopping experience can be greatly improved, which will increase the purchasing power of consumers and create a better brand image.

Not surprisingly, in the past few years, the field of e-commerce has seen fantastic growth. Many brands and companies such as Nike have taken different steps to make this digital transition as effective as possible. Artificial intelligence has also been at the core of many such tasks because it can find and locate products tailored to customers and provide customers with suggestions and suggestions. They can also automate many back-end processes without having to use a separate system for inventory management. For all these reasons, especially after the pandemic, the long-term sustainability of clothing, fashion, and lifestyle brands will depend on the company’s ability to adapt to the emerging digital marketing field.
