Just between Google, Facebook and Amazon, I can be busy for a full day.

I can’t even begin to think how I used to live without Google, Facebook and Amazon. Majority of my time spend relaxing at home by my computer I am on one of these three apps.

This is an interesting article showing how well these 3 companies are doing.

In the world today, it is no secret that once something is said online, it cannot be taken back. In a matter of seconds it will be seen, and if a person decides to take something down they once said, it will still be somewhere online. Nothing is really completely gone anymore. Therefore if I were to write a comment on Facebook and decide to take it down, it is likely that Facebook already saw it and still has the comment.

This is very sad, but it remains true. Comments and posts are stored in servers, and this is not only true for Facebook, but for Amazon, Google, and many other companies as well.

So what is there that can really be done?

The answer is…

There is absolutely nothing that can be done.

Google, Facebook and Amazon also use things people write and say as means for collecting data. In my opinion I think that this is fair. These companies are only looking to give us what we want, and how else can they bring us what we want, if they don’t use what we say.

However, people argue and say that these platforms should filter what people say and not let anyone just write what they want. I disagree with this because in the world today this is what it’s like. Noone can change the world.

This is what the world is and people need to take it or leave it. Google, Facebook and Amazon are not here to be the speech police and tell people what they can and cannot say.

It is safe to say that Google, Facebook and Amazon have changed the world and people use them as a means to communicate, shop and relax. These platforms have the right to use what we say as data, and if people are worried about this, than they should stay off of these sites.
