When it comes to your relationship with a brand, “trust” may seem like a weird word to employ. However, in a business relationship, trust is critical. If I’m going to spend money with a brand, I want to know that their products and services will do what they say they’ll do, that they’ll be reasonably priced, and that they’ll look after me as a customer, otherwise, why am I doing so? And no one matches TESLA when it comes to establishing confidence by providing exceptional services.

Tesla Motors has transformed the electric-car upstart into a global industry brimming with passionate followers. Tesla, unlike established automakers such as Ford and GM, does not have a large advertising budget or run international marketing campaigns. Tesla instead sells its automobiles through word-of-mouth marketing and mall showrooms. Because of Tesla’s strong brand loyalty, this works. In addition, in Consumer Reports’ annual report last year, Tesla Motors scored the highest owner satisfaction score. “Owners of the Tesla Model S gave it the greatest owner-satisfaction score Consumer Reports has seen in years: 99 out of 100,” according to the publication.

Here are 3 major approaches that demonstrate how Tesla has built trust over time.

Experiences, rather than products, That’s what tesla sells.

Consumers were asked what they would want to buy in the near future among product categories in a large survey conducted by the research firm Momentum Worldwide, and 76 percent said they would prefer to buy experiences over things. Despite the upcoming global recession, and despite the fact that people will buy fewer material goods, there appears to be no damage to consuming experiences. One of Tesla’s most distinguishing features is its customer experience, which has consistently ranked first in Consumer Reports’ annual owner satisfaction surveys in recent years. The Tesla experience is shaped not just by the automobiles themselves, but also by all of the company’s live, print, and digital touchpoints with car purchasers and owners.

Making a strong emotional connection

Elon Musk Tesla’s CEO is devoted to pushing the mass adoption of electric vehicles in the hopes of one day fixing the world’s energy crisis. People enjoy driving a Tesla because they don’t have to buy gas anymore and, as a bonus, they’re helping the environment. Many Tesla owners and fans have organized meet-ups or social gatherings to interact with one another. There are also dozens of meet-up groups for electric-car fans in general all around the world. The key message here is that developing sustainable energy solutions is becoming a more significant cause today, one to which millions of people are dedicated.

Making things simple as much as possible.

Simple is appealing. Simple is trustworthy. And simple is central to Tesla’s customer experience. Tesla is following a basic, binary decision in which they ask customers to choose between two options. Are they looking for a car that can travel great distances or one that can perform well? That binary option eases the client into the decision-making process, and once that option is chosen, many other factors fall into place naturally. Adding interactive UI to the website makes the process easy for customers to gain awareness of the product, with this Tesla has simplified the buying journey of their consumers.

Now Let’s see how Tesla and Elon musk reacted to the current issue between Ukraine and Russia.

Elon musk is in action to bring power to Ukraine. Musk has dispatched additional supplies to Starlink internet stations in order to keep Ukrainians connected to the rest of the world. He’s also secretly shipped several Tesla Powerwalls to Ukraine to aid the country’s war-torn people.

According to CNBC, Any Ukrainian Tesla employees conscripted to defend their country against Russian invasion will receive at least three months’ pay.

Elon Musk is strengthening its brand’s reputation and gaining the trust of millions of people all around the world by giving his helping hand to a nation that needs support.
