In 2015, I worked as a marketing freelancer for Danube Properties in Mumbai. Danube is a Real Estate developer in UAE interested in selling his properties to customers in Mumbai. In those days, the prices of posh properties in Dubai were far lower than moderate properties in suburban Mumbai. Still, the problem for Danube was that customers wouldn’t buy high-value assets without seeing and feeling them personally. Going to Dubai is expensive, tedious, and requires a visa. Therefore, customers couldn’t see and feel the property, so the deals weren’t getting through.
