Introduction to Netflow — Your Best App for Network Marketers, Affiliate Marketers, E-Commerce Sellers and Drop Shippers
In my previous few blogs, I do mention the importance of having a proper system in your business. Without that, it is impossible for your business to grow and scale properly. After quite some time being in the affiliate marketing and network marketing industry, I recently discovered a new app that can potentially help me manage these businesses more efficiently. This app is called Netflow.
Introduction
As this app is relatively new since it was launched last year according to the developer, I did not have much time to fully understand and utilize all of its features yet. However, fret not as I will update all of you here more information as I continue to use the app from time to time.
Therefore, this blog will provide a simple introduction to Netflow and what you can do inside Netflow. On my upcoming blogs, I will further explain each feature in detail on how you can utilize Netflow to manage your businesses. In my opinion, Netflow is suitable for drop shippers, e-commerce sellers, network marketers and affiliate marketers. Retail shop owners can use this app as well, provided they do have the necessary delivery platform ready to deliver their own products first.

What’s Inside Netflow?
There are a few great features inside Netflow that help you to organize your affiliates or network marketing team. For drop shippers and e-commerce sellers, there is a customized store option for you to list your items online with pre-made templates. I will go through each feature in detail in my next few blogs and how to use them in your business.
Getting Started with Netflow
This blog will show you what you should do to set up your business profile in Netflow. This is the most important step because this is basically your personal brand in the Netflow directory. You can always access your profile settings in Netflow from your Dashboard as shown in the screenshot below.
Public User Profile
The first tab will be your public user profile. This profile will represent your online presence inside Netflow. These are the information you can enter in your public profile.
- Your basic info (Name, Profile Image, Basic Contact Info)
- Description of who you are and what you do.
- Your experience in your industry.
- Your current audience size you are serving.
- Background image (Utilize this to post about your opportunity/promotion to everyone in Netflow)
- Important: Make sure you check “Would you like to appear in our directory so that people can contact you?” option to ensure you appear in Netflow’s main directory. I will explain about directories in my upcoming blogs.
Note: Affiliate marketer option is checked by default as Netflow is an affiliate program itself.
Setting up your KYC Verification
In Know Your Customer (KYC) tab, you need to upload at least one form of identification to be eligible to cash out your earnings (either from the sales you generated in-store or your Netflow referral commissions) into your bank account.
Password Change
With the interface being self-explanatory, this tab allows you to change the password of your Netflow account.
Business Profile
Compared to your public user profile, the Business profile tab allows you to add more details on your business location, your latest business opportunity, attach your other social media links and your current interests. You can even include your website that you want to lead your prospects to when they are interested in your business opportunity.
The tip here is to consistently update your profile so the Netflow community will always be aware of the latest things you offer to them from time to time.

In this section, I will briefly go through some of the features that I will demonstrate in-depth inside Netflow. This list may change in the future depending on the developer’s upcoming updates and improvements.
- Dashboard -> Previously explained at the top part of this blog. A place for you to edit your personal profile, business profile and some other settings.
- Customers -> This is the place for you to track your sales performance. Customer details will be recorded when a transaction is made. You can classify customers into groups as well for easier management. You will also receive notifications in this tab as well whenever a customer interacts with your profile or your store. I will cover more about this in the later sections of my blogs and link them here.
- Team -> A feature that allows you to invite new team members/customers/affiliates into your Netflow Team and even send messages to them. You can customize who you want to send messages to selected users, your whole team or just your affiliates.
- To-Do List -> A productivity tool specifically for you to arrange your tasks inside Netflow.
- Products -> You can do a few things here to manage your business: Create products for your customized online store, managing all your customer orders from the store or any other linked funnels you have made or host your funnels on Netflow via the Funnel function.
- Assets and Training -> Your main storage space for all your images, videos, documents and even spreadsheets (Assets). You can also watch the brief introduction training video in the training tab.
- Announcements -> This is where you publicly share your business announcement for Free inside Netflow. Your announcement will be seen by everyone who has the Netflow app.
- Affiliate Hub -> This hub provides you with some starter templates and email swipes to speed up your progress. The referrals tab is where you track your free Netflow users or paid Netflow users, interact with them or even invite them to use Netflow (you either used Netflow’s prepared text templates or write your own version instead). There is another tab called “Multiple Streams of Income” (MSI) which provide you with additional affiliate links of other products to share to others.
- Sales Funnels -> Contains pre-made funnel templates for you to share your Netflow affiliate link. However, you will need to have a GetResponder account beforehand to utilize the email automation feature.
- Directory -> This is where you can see other people’s business profiles or public profiles inside Netflow. Other Netflow users can view your profiles via this tab too. Make sure you register your business here via Netflow to reach out to more Netflow users for free.
- Marketing Tools -> Funnel Builder Landing Pages Capture Pages and more, SocialFlow Email, SMS and Messenger Marketing, Promote Business
- Integration -> Allows you to integrate GetResponse as your email autoresponder for Netflow. Other email auto-responders will be implemented in the future.
