Two weeks after their assessment, they received text messages from Marriage 2.0 congratulating them on the start of their adventure.
But then they were waiting for their adventure to start, and it seemed like nothing much happened.
‘Are we supposed to be doing something?’ Avi asked Thea at one point.
‘I don’t think so. They’d tell us, wouldn’t they? I mean, we can’t be expected to know what to do otherwise.’
‘What did they tell you after your assessment?’
‘Just to have patience, that our adventure would begin in a few weeks, and we’d have fun.’
They were tempted to call customer service, but felt foolish to be calling someone to say they didn’t know what they were supposed to do.
‘Just wait,’ Thea said. ‘Something will happen, I’m sure of it.’
